Description

Humulin M3 (isophane insulin) is a form of hormone produced in the human body. Insulin is a hormone which acts by lowering glucose (sugar) levels in the blood. Insulin isophane is an intermediate-acting insulin that starts working within 2 to 4 hours of injection, peaks in 4 to 12 hours, and continues to work for 12 to 18 hours.

Humulin M3 is used to improve glycemic control in adults and children with diabetes mellitus.
