Money well spent. The first week, I took one 50mg tablet a day. It was intense but nothing to be alarmed. I double my dose for the second week, once in the morning and another in the afternoon hour before my workout. This were where it all started because I felt really strong during my workouts, pushing myself to the limits. I was even suprised of how strong I was. I started to stay thirsty all the time and seen some water accumulation around my ankles. For the third week, I got bigger and as strong as the 2nd week. Week 4 my gains started to become noticeable, I was able to lift heavier for longer and was 8lbs heavier then when I started. I took the same dosage for week 5 and 6 and when I finished up I had gained a total of 12lbs(some of it water), skin was oily than normal, and my strength gains exceeded my expectations.
